The classes are FUN! Yes, your child will be learning how to move the way his/her body is meant to. But also, your child will be moving and learning with other kids in a play-based class that prioritizes teamwork and fitness through games. Our classes are specially designed to make exercise an enjoyable challenge, not a dreaded task.

CrossFit Kids Primary

Kindergardten - 3rd Grade (6-9 Years Old)

Tuesdays 4:15pm - 5:00 pm

Your child will learn to move his/her body while having fun! The very basics of how we are made to move will form a solid foundation that will benefit your child for the rest of their life.

Focusing on the fundamental movement patterns of squatting, running, and safely picking things up, this class is filled with games and good times.

CrossFit Kids Primary membership also includes unlimited open gym when supervised and working out with an adult member.


CrossFit Kids Plus

4th - 8th Grade (10-13 Years Old)

Thursdays 4:15pm - 5:15 pm

Your child will learn all the basics from CrossFit Kids Primary, and then will build upon those skills in a fun, productive, and appropriate way.

Your child is now at an age where movement really matters! This class is full of games, building a foundation of bodyweight movements that will protect their joints and prevent future injuries.

Occasionally, appropriate weight will be used to help ingrain those essential movments and strengthen your childs bones, joints, and muscles.
